Laundry Collection and Delivery in Ras Al Khaimah

Each item is priced individually by treatment, so a shirt for wash and press, a suit for dry cleaning and a duvet cover carry their own prices, and a few pieces such as wedding dresses have a from-price that is confirmed after the laundry has inspected them. One collection charge covers the pickup and the return for the whole order, however many bags you hand over. Send us your list and we confirm every line in writing before anything is collected; the total you agree is the total you pay.

Around three days from collection for a standard order. Dry cleaning, bulky bedding and curtains use the full window; a bag of shirts for wash and press is often ready sooner. We confirm the return window when you book, you receive a message when the order is ready and again when the driver is on the way, and the delivery is scanned and checked against your list at your door.

Everyday wear (shirts, T-shirts, trousers, shorts, jackets, ties, scarves, socks and underwear), men’s traditional wear (kandoora, dishdasha, ghutra and Arabic cap), women’s wear (abaya and sheila, blouses, dresses, skirts, slacks, saree and churidar), suits and formalwear including wedding dresses, nightwear, bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases and blankets up to king size), towels, and curtains and soft furnishings (curtains, net curtains, cushion covers, tablecloths and napkins). If your item is not on the list, ask; most things can be handled and we will tell you if something cannot.

Our drivers are already in Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra and Al Marjan Island every day for cleaning visits, and we collect from Al Nakheel, Khuzam, Al Dhait, Al Riffa, the RAK Corniche, Old Town and the rest of the emirate. Gated communities are part of our daily rounds, so add any gate or reception instructions to your booking; if you will be out, our keyholder service can let the driver in and out.

Wash and press is a full water wash at the right temperature for the fabric, followed by pressing and folding or hanging: shirts, trousers, kandooras, bedding and towels. Dry cleaning uses no water and is for garments that would shrink, distort or lose their finish in a machine: suits, jackets, lined dresses, embroidered abayas, ties, wool and silk. Steam and press refreshes and de-creases a clean garment without a full wash: a kandoora for an occasion, a suit worn once, curtains coming out of storage. Choose per item when you book, or leave it to us and we follow the care label.

Yes, and they are among the items we collect most. Kandooras and dishdashas are washed and pressed with the collar, cuffs and front seam sharp, ghutras are washed and pressed flat, and abayas and sheilas are treated according to the fabric: a plain crepe abaya usually washes, while embroidered, beaded or lined abayas are dry cleaned so the finish is not disturbed. Tell us if a piece is for an occasion and we will make sure it is on the first delivery back.

Every bag is labelled with a scannable code and photographed when the driver collects it, each item is counted in against your order at the laundry, and the bags are scanned again when they are loaded for return. Your order is processed as a separate order, not mixed into a shared load, and you receive a message at each stage so you can see where it is. If the count at the laundry does not match your list, we query it with you before anything is processed.

Yes. Hand the bag to the crew on cleaning day and the driver takes it on from there, with the same labelling, scanning and return. If you would rather have clean laundry pressed in your home, add the ironing option to the cleaning visit instead: leave the laundry out and the cleaner irons while the rest of the house is done, charged by the hour in the app. Many families use both, a collection for the bulk and ironing for the last-minute pieces.

Yes. Single and double sheets, duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases, single, double and king blankets, and bath, hand and face towels are all standard items, and holiday homes use the collection for a full linen change between guests. Curtains, net curtains, cushion covers, tablecloths and napkins are collected too. If you would rather not take the curtains down, our curtain cleaning service steams them in place instead.

No minimum bag and no minimum weight. A single collection charge covers the pickup and return of the whole order, so it is sensible to batch a week’s laundry into one collection rather than book three small ones, but a single suit for dry cleaning is a perfectly good order if that is what you need.

The laundry inspects every item when it is counted in. Heavy staining, loose beading, damaged zips or a care label that rules out the treatment you chose are flagged to you before the item is processed, with the option to change the treatment or have the item returned untouched. We follow the care label rather than the cheapest treatment, and if something arrives already damaged you will hear about it at intake, not when it comes back.

Yes. Tell us the day that suits and we schedule the collections to match, weekly or fortnightly, and the driver arrives with labelled bags each time. The simplest way for most households is to pair it with a recurring house cleaning visit, so the bag leaves with the crew and comes back before the next clean. Pausing for the summer or moving the day is a message away.
