House cleaning for the townhouses and smaller villas is priced by the hour, with the rate shown in the Halo Clean app and the total calculated from the hours you book. The four, five and six bedroom villas are quoted as villa cleaning, priced for the property from the bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor areas and condition, so a crew of three or four can be sent rather than two cleaners working late. Deep cleans and move-out cleans are quoted the same way, and there are no extra charges for gate access or parking.

Never fewer than two, and for a four bedroom villa usually three or four so the whole house is done in one visit rather than half of it. The crew works floor by floor to a checklist you can adjust, and the same team returns on a recurring schedule wherever possible, so they learn the house.

Yes, as separate services booked alongside the villa clean: pool cleaning covers skimming, vacuuming, water balancing and filter care, and gardening covers lawns, planting and irrigation. The cleaning crew clears the pool deck and terraces of sand and leaves on every visit; the water and the plants are looked after by the specialist teams.

The community gate is staffed around the clock and registers service providers, and our crews are in Mina Al Arab most days. Add the villa number and any instruction the community has given you to the booking, and we coordinate arrival with you or with security. Bookings are only offered at times inside the community’s daytime contractor hours, so a crew is never left waiting at the barrier with the construction traffic.

Yes. Leave a key with our keyholder service, share a smart-lock code, or arrange for household staff, a neighbour or your building contact to let the crew in. The crew photographs the villa when they finish and you receive a message, and keys are logged out and back in for every visit.

Yes. Big households usually hand several bags to the crew on cleaning day; one collection charge covers the whole order, and prices are per item and per treatment, confirmed before collection.
